Tame Your Outdoor Water Hog
Love your yard, but concerned about your water use? In this workshop learn how much water healthy plants and lawns really need and how to apply this information with conservation in mind. The instructor will also introduce you to some drought-resistant planting and landscaping techniques, including a few low-tech helpers for your watering toolkit.

Lay of the Land
Flat sites, steep sites, swamps or slopes. This workshop will get creative at working with what you have. Discuss construction issues, such as retaining walls and terracing, the ups and downs of drainage, the nitty-gritty of pipes, and what you should know about building codes and best practices.
